Funny that when I just let go and decided to play around with it a bit, it seemed to come so much easier. Some ways it’s much like the rest of my life. Trying to use my mind to figure out what my body already knows. For me I know I need to trust more and let go more, and of course believe in myself to know I got this. I learnt to be honest with myself.

Thanks for the lovely articles that are there to remind us. I left the kitchen after dinner last week and went upstairs with my three daughters and played with them. They danced for me and we laughed and mucked around. It was lovely. I had lots to do after they were all in bed and I couldn’t do it every day but I did think I should do that more often than I do do.
