I’m so excited I can still do it! I’m steadily becoming the strongest version of myself. Weight lifting, calisthenics, gymnastics. Insanely fun fitness journey I’m on! Technology has such a great way to make things work. And I know how harder it is mentally than physically but we gotta find ways out of that. In my case just a change of tires makes me feel so much better.

My related story that happened today because of reading this article a while back. My five year old asked me to get a toy I had recently taken out of the independent play area I still have to manage to mess or we’d be buried in toys lol. I go to the place I know I put it and she tells me it is not there. I’m like I know it is here and she starts to get frustrated. In her mind, she thought she knew where it was.
