Thank you for sharing her with us. My husband is this person for me, and I try every day to be this person with him for our children.  My dad was my safe haven too. He was my sunshine. I was blessed to have my daddy for 50 years. He took a huge part of my heart with him when he took his last breath. Everyone should be as happy and as kind and as loving as my father. That is absolutely one of my most favorite songs. I get chills whenever I hear it.

Thanks for the lovely articles that are there to remind us. I left the kitchen after dinner last week and went upstairs with my three daughters and played with them. They danced for me and we laughed and mucked around. It was lovely. I had lots to do after they were all in bed and I couldn’t do it every day but I did think I should do that more often than I do do.
