The woman was asked to take off all her jewelry after failing the metal detector insecurity. With visibly shaking hands, she removed the jewelry but did not know what to do with the tray. I leaned in and told her exactly what to do with the tray (like I was an expert. Ha!). The woman did what I told her to do and made it through successfully.
