It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes credited to St. Mother Teresa, Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless. I can relate. Had a friend tell me in the week to look at recent photos of myself and remember that I’m still a beautiful person on the inside and that regardless of how I feel, it’s not a reflection on who I am. Tough one!

Thanks for the lovely articles that are there to remind us. I left the kitchen after dinner last week and went upstairs with my three daughters and played with them. They danced for me and we laughed and mucked around. It was lovely. I had lots to do after they were all in bed and I couldn’t do it every day but I did think I should do that more often than I do do.
